Venturing Across the Upper Peninsula

On July 31, 2010, in Events, by admin

The Congressional 1st District is a very large district here in Michigan which covers Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula as well as Northeast Michigan. Since our campaign is going to be on the General Election Ballot, we don’t really have to focus on a primary race. As many of you know I was selected as the candidate for the US Taxpayers Party. Here are a few pictures and the front page of our flyer I would like to share with. After the primary noise settles down we are moving full speed ahead with our campaign. Call us for information at 989-278-VOTE.

We are going to need your help to make sure our views are heard in November, so please register to vote and consider volunteering for our campaign.

Patrick Lambert participated in the Oscoda Independence Day Parade and marched through Oscoda Township with an awesome antique truck, family, and friends. The Campaign for Patrick Lambert is now representing the US Taxpayers Party and is assured to be on the General Election Ballot in November 2010 for the First Congressional District Seat of Michigan!

Those who won our independence believed liberty to be the secret of happiness and courage to be the secret of liberty.  ~Louis D. Brandeis

Patrick Lambert is running as US Taxpayers Party to voice his opinion that the two-party system has failed America. You can help by signing up to volunteer by calling the Campaign Office at 989-278-VOTE!

The US Taxpayers Party has had it’s 2010 Convention today. I have sought their nomination for the 1st Congressional District to get on the Ballot for our General Election. Remember that the two big parties want to keep the government their private club… let’s help open it up. Watch the site tomorrow night for updates on how the convention went.

In the meantime download our new fliers and help spread the word! The files are large to maintain quality so they will take a moment to download on your internet connection.

It took months for those in power to decide on troop deployment to Afghanistan, well over a year on deciding their “health care” plan, and now an Oil Disaster off our own shoreline. HOW LONG WILL THIS PLAN TAKE TO MATERIALIZE, and if it is anything like the other plans… will it even work or do we want it. We have more Government than any other country and still not effective plan implemented to cover the several states immediately affected. Are there any leaders left in Washington DC? Berms were wanted to protect the shore but were held up by Government evaluations and the oil is already hitting the beaches. Who is in charge, where are our leaders, and do we even want them in charge?

A US government panel is to question BP’s US chief over the Gulf oil disaster amid damning accusations the firm took shortcuts.” (BBC NEWS; June 15, 2010; URL)

Remembering Our Veterans

On June 3, 2010, in Events, by Pat

Pat Lambert on Memorial Day - Oscoda, MIIt was with great pride and also sadness that I attended the Veterans Day Memorial Ceremony here in Oscoda, Michigan. We honored the fallen warriors that have gone before us. Some died over seas many years ago, and some have given their lives only recently. We paid tribute to their ultimate sacrifice to defend freedom through out the world, having paid the ultimate price. The large number of people that turned out and endured the rain, and helped raise the state flags, showed the true spirit that lives in most Americans. The crowd was filled with young and old, all that attended shared the same love of country and sorrow for those that fought for others. I smiled as I saw the youngsters that will one day take the place of our leaders today. It through them that we will retain our greatness. It is with them that we will remain the proud leader of other nations.
